The use of Cró's medicinal waters dates back to the Roman era, but the earliest reference dates from the 18th century, by the physician Del'D King D. João V, who at the time spoke of its remarkable healing effects.
Nowadays Termas do Cró has a brand new and modern Thermal Spa with state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified human resources, combining Health, Prevention and Maintenance with Wellbeing, through THERAPEUTIC TERMALISM, WELFARE and PHYSIOTHERAPY.
Cró Termas - Modern thermal spa dedicated to the treatment of musculoskeletal, rheumatic, respiratory and dermatological problems, which uses in its treatments the mineral water of Cró, recognized for its therapeutic vocations.
Cró Corpus & Ludic - Wellness area with a complete offer of body and face treatments. You will also find a playful space of pure relaxation composed by a lively, heated and hydrodynamic heated pool with about 160m2 of water mirror that make it unique in the country.
Cró Fisio - Area focused on rehabilitation and physiotherapy techniques, enabling careful and personalized rehabilitation, with high quality of human resources and equipment.
WATER CHARACTERISTICS
Weakly mineralized water with a very alkaline reaction and from an ionic point of view is called sodium bicarbonate, carbonated, fluorinated, sulfurated, being a sulfur water.
It has a total mineralization of 381 mg / l, conductivity of approximately 437 µScm-1 and pH 8.14, with an emergency temperature of 22ºC.
