This is a 4-room house south facing position. It is located in the resort, 500 m from the centre of Albufeira, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the sea.

It has a living/dining room with TV. It exits to the terrace and to the swimming pool. There are two double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds and one room with 1 double bed and bath/bidet/WC. Its kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave and electric coffee machine). There are also two baths/bidet/WC and a boiler (200 litres).

Washing machine and iron are provided.

Guests can enjoy the terrace with furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and sitting area. There is also a swimming pool (4 x 3 m, 01.01.-12.12.).
