The residence is situated in the countryside and is surrounded by fields. The house is located 12 km from the center of Assisi, 20 km from the center of Spello and 35 km from the center of Perugia.

In the house, which you can find on the ground floor, you will find facilities like an open fireplace, satellite-TV, gas heating, internet access and a hairdryer. The living/dining room has exit to the garden, to the patio with a sitting area. Please note that the telephone is for incoming calls only. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. Parking space is available in the grounds.

For shared use there is a garden with garden furniture, a children's playground, barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 12 m, opened from 25-05 to 15-09. In the pool house you will find a shower and toilet. It is also possible to play tennis.

In the house there is a reception, bar, whirlpool, store for bicycles, laundry, washing machine for shared use and bicycles are available for an additional cost. Linen change is weekly.

Within 2 km you can find several restaurants. There is a riding stables in 5 km, grocers in 6 km and the railway station is 16 km away from the accommodation. Please note that there are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
